These terms cover what you are buying from Agamemnon Media LLC at tedludlow.com, and what you can do with it. They are written in plain words on purpose.
Digital books and guides delivered as PDF files, and, if you add it, an audiobook delivered as audio files. Nothing is shipped. After you pay, you are sent to a download page and the link does not expire.
Read and listen on any device you own, and print the files for your own household as often as you like. That is what they are for.
You may not resell them, give away copies, post the files or the download links publicly, or sell anything built out of the text or audio. The work stays the property of Agamemnon Media LLC.
They are general-information guides to household emergency preparedness, sourced to public safety agencies (CDC, FEMA, FoodSafety.gov, FTC, USDA, NFPA and others) and published reporting. Every safety figure names its source so you can check it. They are not medical, legal, electrical, financial or emergency advice. Your doctor, your pharmacist, your product instructions and your local officials come first. The robot chapters are for planning and entertainment and are not permission to damage anyone's property. Nothing in them is a promise about any future event.

Payments are taken by ThriveCart and processed by Stripe and PayPal. Agamemnon Media LLC never sees or stores your card number.
Write to agpublishingsupport@gmail.com and it will be dealt with. Most problems are a download that will not open, and those take a minute to fix.
These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Agamemnon Media LLC is established.
